1. Ordering & Payment

You can easily place your order in our online store. Once your order is confirmed, we will prepare your items and deliver them as quickly as possible.

Images are for illustration purposes only. Actual product may vary.

  • Orders placed before 11:00 are processed the same day; orders after 12:00 are processed the next business day.

  • Payments can be made securely via credit cards (MasterCard, Visa, Maestro, Visa Electron) or by bank transfer using the invoice sent to your email.

  • By placing an order, you agree to the processing of your personal data for order fulfillment and updates about your order status. Your data is used only for these purposes and is protected according to the law.

2. Delivery

  • Delivery is carried out  courier, Omniva, Venipak and DPD across Latvia. Free in-store pickup is available at Rigas street 14, Ogre, Latvia, LV-5001

  • Delivery usually takes 2–5 days.

  • To find exact delivery costs, add items to your shopping cart and select your delivery location; the system will show the cost.

  • If the product is lost or delayed due to the delivery service, the seller will compensate the buyer only after receiving official confirmation or compensation from the delivery provider.

3. Returns & Warranty

Returns

  • You may return a product within 14 days of receipt, provided it is in its original condition, packaging, and with labels intact.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

  • Refunds are processed after receiving a written request and will be transferred to the account details you provide, usually within 7–30 days. The seller reserves the right to withhold refunds until the returned product is received or proof of shipment is provided.

Manufacturer Warranty

The manufacturer’s warranty applies only if the consumer can provide:

  • Proof of purchase (receipt, delivery note, or invoice)

  • Manufacturer’s or distributor’s warranty card (if included with the product)

The warranty does not apply in the following cases:

  • Damaged warranty seals or serial numbers, or if the consumer attempted to repair the product themselves

  • Damage caused by natural disasters (flood, storm, lightning, fire, earthquake)

  • Damage caused by foreign objects, liquids, or insects entering the product

  • Use of non-standard power supplies, accessories, or consumables (cartridges, toners, etc.) not certified by the manufacturer for this product, if it caused damage

  • Damage due to voltage fluctuations, telecommunications or cable network non-compliance with manufacturer standards, sudden temperature changes, or other household/external factors (soot, smoke, dust, moisture)

  • Failure to perform regular maintenance (for products that require it)

  • Using the product for industrial or professional purposes if the product is not intended for such use
